Service is excellent!

I ordered tires online and confirmed my appointment many times. I get to the appointment, they remove my tires and then they tell me that my tires are not here.. so they put my old tires back on my truck. 5 hours later they say come on in and we’ll be get you right in, there’s no one here. I get there and 2 hours later I’m finished. Ordering online doesn’t save any time, I won’t do this again

sometime ago, I had to have a tire replaced that was under warranty. Discount tire did not want to do the replacement because they said I had not been rotating the tires at the proper intervals which voided the warranty that I paid for. Since that time I have made it a point to rotate the tires and keep the receipts showing that I have done so today when I took my last car in to have a flat repaired, I asked that they rotate the tires and they did not do it. I had to go back inside and ask them again to rotate the tires. They rotated them, but would not issue me a receipt that means this rotation was not entered into the computer and likely means that if I need another tire replaced under warranty, discount tire will say I have not been rotating the tires at the proper intervals and since this rotation was not entered into your system, and I was not issued a receipt, I cannot prove otherwise.
